How to request a refund
Email hello@freelancefolder.co with the address you used at checkout and a sentence about what went wrong. We usually reply within a couple of business days.
Digital products
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we ask for a brief note on the issue so we can improve — but the guarantee stands either way.
